Hello…

I’m Fergus, a London based Creative Copywriter and recently retired baker.

In 2011 I took a sharp left turn off my career path to start a business, a sourdough bakery & cafe called Brick House. After an exhilarating 8-year rollercoaster ride and hundreds of thousands of loaves later, the business closed at the end of 2019.

Since Brick House closed, I have mostly been catching up on sleep, working on pandemic inspired baking tutorials, and getting my teeth back into the world of brands and copywriting.

As a creative I have written concepts and copy across all media channels for a diverse range of brands including EA, PlayStation, Vodafone, adidas, Sony Ericsson, Penguin, and The National Gallery. I have also won awards for both my creative work and thinking.
